How Homeowners Can Take Action

Question:  How can we, as a homeowners, take control of our community?

Answer: By locking in your vote for the August 4th election!



You can lock in your vote now by signing a proxy. With enough proxies, we can vote in an entirely new HOC board and while KEEPING THE SHER/SHAW FAMILY OUT OF OUR BUSINESS!!

Your proxy would be used to vote candidates onto the Cedar Run board who share the Cedar Run Concerned Homeowners' core values and will run the community responsibly.  Not all of these candidates got their nominations in early enough to appear on the ballot, which is why we ask you to select Option A on your proxy (see below).

Instructions for signing and submitting proxies:
  1. Download and print the proxy by clicking HERE.  (Please read our article entitled, 'What is a Proxy?')
  2. Select option A and print your name, Cedar Run property address, signature and date in the appropriate fields of the 2-page proxy form. If you own multiple units, fill out and sign one proxy for each unit.
  3. Send send us the signed proxy by one of the following methods:

    Something has to be done! He is doing exactly what he said was happening before he took over, but worse! All the things he is claiming to fix, like the club house has so far been done unprofessionally and half assed! The deck has been seal to avoid leaks, but if you walk on it you can fall right through! Pipes need fixed and so many other things need to be taken care of before anything! I have way to many things I have learned about recently and straight from the source it self! Also who authorized up to 10,000 dollars a month as a salary! We have to stick together as a community to make sure we have honest people that care not just about getting paid and money to stuff their pockets with like Robert and his wife are doing! If I happen to get a response from anyone that cares and is not scared we have to find a way to communicate without being threatened which has happened already to the people that really do care about our community and the home owners with families! We have to force a change before this gets worse!

      I would love to help get rid of the scum in our community and help make this a nicer happier place to live! I have also heard these things and straight from the source himself! The only bad thing is that they make deals with people and if they find out who is against them they start harassing and causing problems. We can't even sell our homes right now because of them. The banks won't allow people to get loans to buy from Cedar Run. To many politics and money corruption is going on! This family is stealing from us and are not doing what is needed to keep this a decent place. I would love to help but I don't know how to get in contact with anyone that is willing without them knowing!

    I wonder where all the money came from to fund the Shers' vacations...

    Don't people get locked up for this sort of scam? If there are so many breadcrumbs to show how they're defrauding homeowners, what's the avenue for legal action? I'm hovering on the edge to get personal counsel if this garbage keeps up.
