Home Owners thinking about selling ? make sure your awhere it has to be a cash deal ,potencial buyers who are interested and make an offer to go under contract will find out the bank will refuse to give out a loan because our'' MR.ROBERT SHER'' doesent have the proper infomation such as the minutes from monthly meetings and other information they are required by law, he like shooting his mouth off regarding that we are 400,000 plus in the bank but doesent back up those home owners that want to move out so new owners can enjoy our cedar run complex ,almost all the empty units are bought or rented so we all no that masterboard is getting paid as for the phases word is out the alma is taking those who havent paid also to court so suggest paying your assesments otherwise he ? MR.ROBERT SHER will have you in court as well as ALMA!!! both the companies are out to rip us off we are better off getting court order to go into recievership have the court apoint a profesional management company thats not involved or trying to profit off of us hard working home owners please donot sign any thing from ROBERT DHER or ALMA !!!
ReplyDeleteIt is a very sad situation that us homeowners have to deal with right now! I completely agree with you with having the court appoint a professional management company to take over! Robert and his wife are getting pretty wealthy off of us by being able to make so many check's out to themselves every month! Some months up to $10,000 dollars! And the other really dad thing is that every post that is put up has to be anonymous, otherwise Robert and his small scandalous gang will retaliate! What can we do to make a change to better our community?

ReplyDeleteI say? get the news media involved because corruption is taking over not only does Robert have the Mexicans on his side but the judges as well btw hes spending money out of his account to replace the roof on clubhouse as well as he paid for the new windows I no alma and the puppets from old masterboard before would of allow alma to go ahead get a 25 year loan !so mr.robert thank you for spending your hard earned money, I am sure you will get all of it back when you finally take cedar run next week in court
ReplyDeleteRobert has the"Mexicans" on his side because "Mexicans" were being left out of the Cedar Run politics & community by not inviting or providing information in spanish especially in board meetings. Many of these "Mexicans" have 2 jobs or work in the evenngs that conflict with attending some of these meetings. Also, it was not until Robert Sher won in a Fair & Legal annual election(which included the "Mexicans" by providing information in spanish) that Alma took notice & started doing the same, but by then it was too late to win over the "Mexicans"! Especially after all the abuses by Alma over the years.
