  1. They have $300,000 in the bank, and Phase 11 is looking at an assessment increase to cover the cost of insurance? This had better change.

  2. See our post from 8/13/13 entitled 'The Truth about The Insurance' The Master Board (HOC) no longer covers insurance on your building. They shifted this cost to your phase, which also caused the insurance premiums to rise. Will the master assessment drop to offset this cost?? We will wait and see. Thanks for your comment. Feel free to email us at restoreCR@gmail.com with any questions.

  3. I want to know when we are gonna have a new election and get some new people in there who know what they are doing. The pool should have been fixed, they have plenty of money. Instead of saving people money they are costing us more money. Mr. Sher went and cut the cost by $25.00 without even knowing what he was doing or what the cost of running the place was, and when he saw what was coming in and what needed to go out, he had to come up with a way to get back that revenue, so he charged for having more than two vehicles. That is just wrong. Blaming the old board for everything is getting old; I know I’m sick of hearing and reading it. Barb wasn’t living here and didn't see how the buildings were falling apart, and how painting the siding didn't even look good anymore, and her excuse for Robert not doing or saying anything is “he had his head in the sand”. There is no reason for our pool to be closed, Lexington has two pools and they were both opened, it was a shame that they kept it closed for all the homeowners who pay to have a nice pool. Instead of getting an exterminator to rid the clubhouse of mice, Barb brought her cat, who peed all over the place, the smell was so bad, they had to rip out all our new carpet, it wasn’t but two yrs old that carpet. Talk about wasting money, WOW. There are some good people who want to run for the Master Board, and they should have the opportunity. We need to have an election where Robert isn't breathing down peoples back and scaring them with threats. Enough!

  4. @litlbit, All great points.....Just wanted to point out that Sher only cut the Master Assessment by $10, not $25 as you stated. Based on the insurance cost he shifted to the phases, we believe he owes us ANOTHER $25-35/month. Technically, we are still paying the HOC (Master Board) for insurance that they are NOT PROVIDING.

Thanks all for your comments. Stay tuned for our full response to Sher's letter, which will debunk all of his deceptive statements. In the meantime, feel free to email us with any questions at restoreCR@gmail.com.
